Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on Anon Yeti are digital goods. Due to their nature, once account credentials have been delivered and viewed, cash refunds are generally not available.

Warranty & Replacement

Every product includes a warranty for the period specified on the product page. If your purchased account stops working within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement. To request a replacement:

  1. Open a support ticket from your dashboard
  2. Include your order ID and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will verify the claim and issue a replacement

Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • Product credentials were invalid at the time of delivery
  • Duplicate charge or payment error

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Buyer changed their mind after credentials were delivered
  • Buyer shared credentials with a third party, causing account issues
  • Buyer changed the account password and then lost access
  • Account stopped working after the warranty period expired

Wallet Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your wallet balance by default. This allows you to use the funds for future purchases immediately.

How to Request

To request a refund or replacement, contact us through the Support Center. Include your order ID and a detailed description of the issue. We aim to resolve all requests within 24 hours.
