Warranty varies for each product, clearly stated at purchase. Review carefully before buying.

No. We do not issue refunds for digital products or services, without exception. If an item fails within its warranty, we replace it or swap it for another product of equal value — and if we cannot do either, we issue store credit to your wallet. Money is never sent back.

Store credit is added to your wallet balance and can be spent on any product at any time, but it cannot be withdrawn or converted back into money. A swap means exchanging a faulty item for a different product of equal value — you pay the difference if it costs more, or keep the remainder as store credit if it costs less.

Since all sales are final, only purchase if you know how to use the product. Read the product description, delivery time and warranty period first, and ask us anything you are unsure about before you pay — our team answers pre-sales questions on the Support page and on Telegram.
